Biblical Telephone Counseling

Many circumstances make it impossible for clients to see a Christian counselor face to face. Those living in rural parts of the country or where Christian counseling may not be available are still in need of Christian counseling. For this reason, I offer phone counseling at various times of the week.

1. What are your fees, acceptable forms of payment, and when are payments due?
My fee for phone counseling is $65.00 per session due at time of service. The only form of acceptable payment for phone counseling is Master Card, Visa, or Discover. The client is required to maintain a credit card on file for any charges incurred. The intake forms have provisions for this information.

2. Do you accept insurance?
Heart Change counseling does not accept insurance. However, if your insurance coverage has provision for "Out-of-Network" benefits, we will provide a receipt that is acceptable to your insurance provider if you wish to file a claim. It is the responsibility of the client to know what their insurance benefits are and to file their claims.

3. How do I make an appointment for Biblical Telephone Counseling?
Contact me by phone at 469-261-5123 for a brief discussion about the issues and intake requirements. Then download the intake forms, fill them out completely, and mail them to me. If you do not have access to the Internet, I can mail the forms to you. Once the paperwork is completed, you can call to make an appointment.
